ANGEL CAR Eligibility Requirements:

1. You must live in Minnehaha or Lincoln County in South Dakota.

2. You must be a single parent living alone with your minor children.

3. You must have a job or be going to school, full time.

4. You must not have a vehicle.

5. You must have a valid South Dakota driver’s license (not a permit).

6. You must have the ability to pay vehicle tax, registration, and car insurance when you receive the Angel Car.

7. You must meet income eligibility requirements.

If you meet these eligibility requirements and would like an application sent to you, please call 605-941-4318 or email your mailing address to Karen. Please include your mailing address in your email, and Wheels to Work will mail you an application. If your application information is verified and approved, you will receive a spot on our waiting list for future donated cars.

ANGEL REPAIR Eligibility Requirements:

1. You must live in Minnehaha or Lincoln County in South Dakota.

If you meet these eligibility requirements, please call 605-941-4318 Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9 AM and 5 PM to apply over the phone for an Angel Repair.
